First time I've seen this. Seems self-explanatory (something is running in front of it), but checking the detailed logs and there is nothing happening. Also shut down docker & re-started local host connection, but got same message.
Obviously I can tack on --priority to the quantrocket history collect, but curious to find whatever collection or process is running elsewhere.
