QuantRocket 1.9.1 is now available. This is a patch release to fix a blocking SSL error in an upstream API (api.ipify.org). This error is causing an unhandled exception in the license-service which after a certain amount of time may block you from using QuantRocket. This patch releases addresses this problem.

If you are not seeing an error in the license-service, this may mean the upstream issue has already been resolved by the time you are reading this. In that case, updating to 1.9.1 is optional but still recommended in case of future issues.

- fix a blocking error in the license service caused by an upstream SSL certificate error at api.ipify.org. The license service will now print any errors that occur when connecting to api.ipify.org but will not fail. See community post for background.
