Logsprout connection refused

I installed Quantrocket on an AWS instance following the AWS cloud installation instructions.

Everything is working fine except flightlog continually reports:

quantrocket_logspout_1|2020/07/16 13:21:38 syslog: write udp 172.x.x.16:40974->172.x.x.12:9021: write: connection refused

Do I need to open any additional ports?

Try restarting logspout.

Restarting or re-creating containers is generally a good first thing to try if a container is not acting properly.
