IB Gateway should be running but is not accepting connections

Can't connect to any ibg user. Here are the main logs/pictures.
As you can see I've tried starting & stopping the connections a couple of times, yet it persists.

For anyone wondering I believe it was an IB issue on a Friday night. I couldn't log in locally on my phone or account management. I was able to connect about 3 hours later.

IB does server maintenance every Friday night, sometimes spilling into Saturday, during which IB API connectivity is spotty.
