EDI data extension pack question

I would like to purchase the EDI historical data package for 10 exchanges but had a question on the pricing of the extension pack.

Does the extension pack cost become prorated on a daily basis if I come back to purchase an extension before a whole month has elapsed since my last purchase? Or is it limited to one month blocks of data?

For example, if I purchase the full database on October 1st and come back on November 15th to purchase an extension, would it cost one and a half times the monthly price of the extension pack?

If it has been more than 1 month since the previous purchase, the extension pack price will be prorated to the exact day of purchase. If it has been less than 1 month, it will not be prorated - 1 month is the minimum block. So in your example, the cost would be prorated if you purchased on November 15th. But if the purchase occured on Oct 15, it would not be prorated.
