An AWS Service outage is impacting a few parts of QuantRocket.
The AWS outage affects DynamoDB (among other AWS services), which QuantRocket uses to store user's subscription and license information.
Managing your account through the QuantRocket website is not currently possible. However, documentation and other parts of the website are unaffected.
license-service is currently unable to retrieve license info and you will see time-outs and errors in the logs. However, overall functionality of running deployments should not be affected, as the
license-service will continue to rely on the license information it last retrieved before the outage began. Launching new deployments (which have no cached license info to rely on) is not currently possible.
