Adding jupyterlab?

I'd like to use jupyterlab. How can I add it to the jupyter container and change how the container is started ? (Now it needs to be /usr/bin/tini -- jupyter lab).

Jupyter Lab is very nice and would be beneficial to everyone, and it can run alongside classic Jupyter. We can add this.
